"Be patient toward all that is unresolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves." - Rainer Maria Rilke
Last week, I introduced you to the "the Unstuck Series", my new 30-day program airing in its 2nd week on TikTok.
Well, inquiry is where the process of getting ‘unstuck’ really begins for us. Inquiry is not self-interrogation. It is noticing with patient curiosity, how we relate with ourselves and our experience, by taking the risk to 'sit' in the unknown.
Sitting in the unknown, is what it really means to take a "step back".
Getting to know ourselves this way is counter-cultural. This is because it is not an activity of mind or intellect, as such. Jack Kornfield puts it well, "when we sit, we feel the truth of who we are. In stillness, everything becomes clear."
Inquiry is more than a mental process; it is much more holistic, with clarity emerging from the integration of body, mind, emotion, and spirit as part of our whole being. This 'type' of clarity is what the unstuck series offers for disentangling from lingering patterns, which unnoticed, can be rather debilitating.
Interestingly, in the Unstuck Series, I speak about inquiry, as a topic, on Day 30 - the very last day of the program!
Why you may ask?...
Because inquiry never ends. It is the 'start' and 'end' of our growing and transformating. When we feel trapped by patterns, thoughts, or circumstances, it’s in this space of inquiry where we can start to notice the very things holding us back. We move from being stuck in habitual thinking to becoming more aware of our inner and outer experiences.
The answers to specific and non-specific questions arise via insights, moments, noticings, etc.
Inquiry is more than just a casual glance at our thoughts or feelings. It’s an invitation to sit with ourselves in quiet and deliberate questioning, intentionally. In the stillness of inquiry, we begin noticing the subtle. The subtle shifts in our mind and body, the voices of past experiences, and the gentle tug of present emotions.

Join me in "the Unstuck Series" (Week 2)
As some of you may know, I started the Unstuck Series last week on TikTok, This is a new program and I am happy that it has been receiving approx 600+ daily views, including this comment at the end of Week 1 from a fellow traveller:
“I am feeling free and light already at the end of this week”.
I am so happy it is making a difference, person by person. Would you like to support me in this journey too?
An amazing thing about the series is that, unlike other programs, as it is new, we will co-create the journey together, allowing us to accentuate or adjust the content to ensure you get the best out of the experience for yourselves!
We are now moving into the 2nd week. I want to re-extend the invite to you again, to join me, daily for this truly transformative experience. I would love to hear your thoughts, learnings, and feedback, throughout the 30-day process, and importantly, the subtle yet powerful changes you may be noticing.?
