This month’s highlights
inploi launches integration into Cornerstone, offering inploi’s solution to Cornerstone’s global customer base
inploi announced a technology integration into Cornerstone OnDemand , a global leader in AI-powered workforce agility solutions. This collaboration brings inploi’s candidate experience platform to Cornerstone Galaxy, the complete AI-powered workforce agility platform, for post-hire skills development and employee experience, creating a seamless solution for employers to enhance their recruitment and talent management strategies.
The partnership will be supported by existing Cornerstone implementation providers including Kharalis , Vitro, and SQEPtech , who are also inploi partners.
inploi selected for Government’s G-Cloud 14 framework
This month, inploi was also selected as part of the government’s G-Cloud 14 Framework across Lots 1-3.
Run by the Crown Commercial Service, with stringent business health and security credentials required to be awarded a slot, the G-Cloud Framework supports public sector buyers to find and onboard cloud-based services. Now in its 14th iteration, the Framework is used by central government, the NHS, and charities, among others, to provide an ‘approved’ list of suppliers, removing the need for full tender processes.
RL100
This week, our CEO and co-founder, Matthew de la Hey , presented at the Resourcing Leaders UK #RL100 Summit in Crewe alongside Nola Ferguson (Assoc. CIPD) , Head of Talent Acquisition at Haven .
The talk, titled ‘Fixing your CX will give you superpowers’, explored how elevating CX has a direct impact on strategic business outcomes
Key takeaways from the session:
? Focusing on CX delivers real ROI, improving hiring metrics like speed, cost, and quality.
? You don’t need to replace your ATS; augment it with tools that enhance sourcing, engagement, and accessibility.
? Reliable data and actionable insights are essential for TA teams to refine strategies and secure C-suite buy-in.
Nola then took the floor and shared Haven's transformational journey, highlighting how a true partnership with inploi enabled them to:
- Transform the candidate experience with user-friendly, accessible, and engaging career pages and seamless application processes.
- Streamline TA operations, improving workflows and focusing on strategic priorities.
- Harness the power of data to refine campaigns, predict trends, and allocate resources effectively.
- Expand candidate reach, accessing untapped talent pools to attract the right candidates for the right roles.
It was also a great opportunity to hear from a range of talent leaders including Sven Elbert , Head of Analyst Services at Fosway Group , discussing ‘The Realities of AI in Talent Acquisition’.
“Overhauling Recruitment” with NHS England
Felix Dealtry and Cecile Bigot also attended NHS England ’s “Overhauling Recruitment” workshop hosted by IBM earlier this month, which focused on how NHS trusts can improve time to hire.?
The key takeaway? Reducing time to hire is vital for the NHS to increase clinical time with patients and tackle backlogs effectively.
The event roundtables also sparked great discussions on the following areas:
???Effective IT systems integration
???Inter-Trust agreements to streamline NHS transfers by accepting existing employment checks
???Online ID verification for quicker onboarding
???Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in recruitment tasks
???Standardised training for hiring managers to make recruitment processes more consistent
It was a fantastic event, and a great opportunity to connect with new faces and catch up with familiar ones!

Global Recruiter Awards
The team had a blast at the Global Recruiter Awards, where inploi was shortlisted for Best Innovation Award.
Although we didn’t take home the win (congrats to VHR Global Technical Recruitment !), the evening was an important celebration of innovation within the candidate experience landscape.
Shoutout to Cecile Bigot and Reece P. for representing inploi. We’re already looking forward to next year’s awards!
inploi in the news
HR Tech Cube: inploi launches integration into Cornerstone?
The inploi and Cornerstone technology combination is already used by several high-profile clients, including global retailers and leading leisure companies. By integrating inploi’s technology with Cornerstone’s applicant tracking system, these employers have experienced significant improvements in recruitment efficiency.
David Wood , Group Vice President – Alliances at Cornerstone, commented, “Cornerstone is at the forefront of helping organisations across the globe to close the workforce readiness gap, helping organisations to identify skills gaps and development opportunities, retain and engage top talent, and provide multi-modal learning experiences to meet the diverse needs of the modern workforce. Candidate experience through talent acquisition is an essential part of that journey, and we are glad to be partnering with inploi to offer innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of businesses, and the expectations of the workforce, worldwide.”
inploi has been selected as part of the government’s G-Cloud 14 Framework across Lots 1-3. The G-Cloud Framework supports public sector buyers to find and onboard cloud-based services.?
Matthew de la Hey, CEO and co-founder of inploi, commented: “Public sector organisations hire large volumes of people into roles that are essential to delivering public services in the engine rooms of society, often with limited resources. Incumbent technology providers have not prioritised the candidate experience, damaging the public sector’s ability to hire effectively and efficiently. inploi’s platform provides a powerful solution for public sector organisations, without requiring them to replace their existing systems – which can be time consuming, challenging, and costly.”
Our news that C?te, the French brasserie chain, has selected inploi to overhaul its talent attraction and recruitment processes, was also featured in Business Cloud.?
inploi’s platform empowers C?te to create a best-in-class talent attraction process and candidate experience which aligns with C?te’s consumer values, increasing the number and quality of applications to its vacancies.
Working with inploi, C?te is improving the efficiency of its hiring while enhancing and personalising its candidate experience. C?te uses inploi’s talent attraction and campaign management technology to promote jobs and support the organisation’s objective of reaching a broader talent pool.
What’s coming up next month?
All systems go for the final weeks of the year! And then, a well deserved Christmas break for all of the team.?
Get to know: Cecile Bigot, Founding SDR at inploi
Why did you join inploi?
I joined inploi because coming from a background in agency recruitment I was all too familiar with how broken many recruitment processes are. I was excited about inploi as soon as I found out about them and I think the tech and solutions we're providing are genuinely outstanding. I kind of wish I could go back into recruitment just to use inploi firsthand!
What does your role look like on a day-to-day basis?
On a day-to-day basis I'm researching the best fit companies that could benefit from inploi and reaching out to HR and Recruitment leaders to tell them about us and what we do!
What tech are you most excited about right now?
It's definitely become a bit of a buzzword but I do think AI is a very exciting space and though a little bit scary, I can't wait to see what sort of cool stuff comes out in the next few years!
What do you do outside of work?
I spend most of my time rock climbing! It was a huge passion of mine as a kid and now 10 years later I've fallen back in love with the sport.
