Innserve tops the best cellars list
As the old adage goes, the customer is always right – so it’s extremely gratifying that ours have voted us the best provider of cellar services.
The Morning Advertiser Readers’ Choice awards are voted for by our customers – landlords and publicans – so we were delighted to win the accolade for the second year running.
The award underlines the fantastic work the entire team at Innserve puts in to exceed expectations, from our highly trained customer service representatives to our technicians who work 365 days a year to support licensees.
We are committed to developing the most innovative products across the industry, establishing excellent working relationships with customers to enable the team to put together tailored plans to make a business more efficient while protecting both profits and the environment.
In addition to in-house evaluation, products are subject to extensive trade trials. The Brewing Research Institute, for instance, conducted a test project using the InnClean device and found that not only did it prevent scale, bio film and bacterial growth, it killed approximately 70% of bacteria.
Ground-breaking technology
Innserve products are among the most innovative and effective in the industry. InnClean, for example, can extend the interval between line cleans by between three and five weeks. Utilising technology similar to that employed in the oil extraction industry, the device is clamped onto a beer line where it emits an electromagnetic field to prevent the build-up of bacteria.
The result is that the time between cleans can be extended by up to five weeks, depending on the individual outlet’s throughput, reducing both workload and wastage in addition to saving premises between £1,000 and £1,500 a year.
Energy consumption is another area where Innserve products can deliver impressive savings. The InnEnergy power socket is fitted to coolers and ice makers, where it ‘learns’ the power usage pattern of an individual cooler. As well as significantly reducing carbon emissions, InnEnergy can save the average outlet around £170 per cooler per year.
Similarly, Innserve’s cellar cooling and refrigeration system InnChill ensures equipment is operating at the optimum level, enabling the highest standards to be maintained.
Licensees have a difficult balancing act to perform, providing the best quality product for customers while protecting their bottom line. Thanks to the latest technology, used in Innserve’s innovative products, savings can be delivered and overheads kept to a minimum without a compromise on quality.
