Innovative minds

At this time of the year, when its quiet in the office, its good time to do some spring cleaning and for sure you do come across interesting stuff. Here above is a picture taking in 2007 of a young R & D team, randomly chosen from the Central office by the senior leadership, that I was part of. We had to come up with new ways of doing things at PEP and we had to create the box. When I mentioned opportunities and good supportive leadership in my 15 years article this is an example of that. We got full support and given resources to come up with ideas. Some ideas became reality and some where parked.

Once again much appreciation to the leaders that saw something in me to be part of the team.
