When Seetha Sagaran invited me to speak about Innovative Leadership, I was delighted.
Having worked at Saatchi and HSBC, I have seen the role of innovative leadership in large companies.
When I founded Seo Souq in 2016 and started working with some of the most dynamic Government departments in the UAE, I was able to see another aspect of innovative leadership and how it can positively impact work culture and productivity.
