The project began with the client’s specific requirements for an admin panel that could effectively manage their application. We selected the Luno admin panel from Envato Market as a robust foundation, providing the necessary features to support the client’s needs. This step was crucial, as it allowed us to leverage existing functionalities while focusing on customizations that would enhance user engagement and reflect the brand's identity. ??

Our first task was to customize the look and feel of the admin panel. We worked closely with the client to ensure that the design resonated with their brand ethos. This involved altering color schemes, fonts, and layout elements, ultimately creating a user interface that not only looked appealing but also offered intuitive navigation. By customizing menu items, we streamlined the user journey, making it easier for different types of application users to access relevant features and information.

The login and logout screens were next on our agenda. We understood that first impressions matter, so we created a welcoming and secure login experience. Recognizing that there would be three main types of users, we tailored the screens to accommodate their unique needs while ensuring clarity and ease of use. This thoughtful approach fostered a sense of belonging among users, making them feel valued right from the start. ??

A standout feature of the application was the PDF scanning functionality. We developed a robust module that allows users to upload PDF documents and extract critical information seamlessly. This feature supports documents in Arabic, English, or mixed languages, catering to a diverse user base. The results, which displayed information for around 40-50 items, were designed to be clear and concise, facilitating quick understanding and decision-making. ??

To streamline the process further, users were empowered to accept, reject, or reassign questions as needed. This functionality ensured that all voices were heard, and once all questions were answered, a comprehensive dashboard displayed the results, making analysis straightforward and efficient. ??
