  • Generous Fluid Capacity: With an 80-gallon tank, the HPU ensures an ample supply of hydraulic fluid for the testing process.
  • High-Pressure Performance: The system can flow 50 gallons per minute (GPM) at approximately 5000 psi, meeting the demanding requirements of aerospace valve testing.
  • Efficient Kidney Loop Motor: A 7.5 HP kidney loop motor with a 30 GPM pump operates at minimal pressure, contributing to the overall efficiency of the system.

The standout feature of this HPU solution lies in its innovative cooling system. Given the challenging ambient conditions in Ft. Lauderdale, the team devised a cooling mechanism that efficiently maintains the hydraulic fluid temperature within the required range.
