Innovative Co-Working Spaces Land In Dublin City Centre
Another 20,000 square feet of innovative office space will be hitting the Dublin market in the coming weeks. South Point at Herbert House on Harmony Row is another Iconic Offices scheme and will offer private offices, dedicated or floating desks, meeting rooms, event spaces, canteen, kitchen, on-site parking facilities and in-house gyms. Designed by leading Interior Architects, Kingston Lafferty Design, the spaces are designed to stimulate creativity, focus and inspiration. The total office space will span across four floors of the building.
Since 2013, Iconic Offices have been creating design-led, culture-driven offices in the heart of Dublin. Their spaces are backed up by the highest quality IT and managed by enthusiastic people who care. Today they are proud to be the industry leader in Ireland with 14 locations from the beautiful Georgian streets to Dublin’s Silicon Docks with spaces that range from 1 to 50 desks. 7 年Good to see this arriving in Dublin. As small IT, designer and on-line product related businesses are becoming smaller, it has become an important and flexible way of working for small one and two man bands. Hot-desking with shared facilities such as printing, reception, meeting rooms is a cost effective format that has become very successful in global cities like New York, Miami, San Francisco and Toronto. We-work and Barworks have become the shared workspace industry leaders in North America integrating coffee shops and even evening Bars into the mix. Usually raw spaces providing a desk space, internet wifi, power, telecom and VC Webex (video conference) facilities. Also a busy investor field for rental returns for minimal outlay.
