In 2019, during the first hands-on AI/ML Program for Arts and Science students conducted by the Maxelerator Foundation team, a pivotal discovery surfaced: addressing numerous real-world challenges in AIML doesn't necessitate a technical or advanced degree. This emphasizes the fact that dismantling barriers between disciplines is most effectively done by hands-on engineers engaged in tangible product development, working hand in hand with participants, rather than academicians attempting to break the boundaries.
What truly matters for success is a sense of passionate urgency, resilient resourcefulness, and belief that individuals without a traditional engineering background can effectively contribute and deliver impactful solutions.

Apart from the recent work in India, drawing from decades of hands-on program development experience in North America, we understand that sustained learning occurs when the brain strengthens the information highway in the brain.
