The Payroll Centre are delighted to announce that ACT has been shortlisted in the Innovation of the Year category of this year’s Global Payroll Awards.

ACT is the first, purpose-built, online skills and knowledge assessment platform for the payroll industry. The ACT platform has been specifically built so that it is it is easy and intuitive to use for users and managers alike. All the assessments are marked automatically, and in real time, so there is no additional burden on a manager who can view, via our unique visual dashboard, the immediate training needs analysis across their team and everyone within the team.

From the results of the assessment our expert tutors are able to work with managers to develop a bespoke training program that addresses the specific skill gaps within teams from a range of our education resources, such as video training and/or customised day long face-to-face sessions with our tutors at the client’s premises.

Team managers and individuals reflect on, and question, the results of their training and assessment outcomes. ACT may indicate other areas of development for teams and individuals which can be addressed by further cycles of training.

Throughout a client’s time working with ACT, our payroll experts are on hand, via our dedicated Payroll Helpdesk, to answer any further questions that may result from the subjects covered in the training.
