Innovation Mindset Power Tour Nov-Dec 2024
ISB Centre for Business Innovation
A Research Centre focused on generating insights riveted on Business Innovation for enabling Growth and Resilience
Dear Readers,
The past year has been a productive one for us as we’ve built a robust team here at the ISB Centre for Business Innovation, launched a CXO-level programme and conference, as well as forged several meaningful relationships, all in the pursuit of promoting an innovation-first growth mindset among large enterprises and growth-stage startups in the country.
I am pleased to share with you this inaugural edition of our newsletter which captures our wins over the past few months and aspirations for the future. In this edition, you will read about the two successful terms of our new programme – Accelerating Growth through Innovation (AGTI) – and several other initiatives.
I’d like to express gratitude to everyone who has supported us in this mission of changing mindsets for growth, especially the ISB faculty and team members at the centre. I’d love to hear your feedback on this newsletter. A very Happy New Year 2025 to all!
Warmly,
Prof Raj Srivastava
Executive Director,
ISB Centre for Business Innovation

We presented our recent research publications, highlighted key activities of the centre, and shared updates on our ongoing stakeholder engagement projects.
This included the launch of the Industry 4.0 in Action report, our efforts in building efficient agritech ecosystems, and partnerships across sectors like fintech, govtech, and healthcare. The event was a valuable opportunity to showcase our contributions and explore new ideas for future collaborations. We are grateful to the organisers for this opportunity.

We presented at the Columbia MarkTech Conference
At the inaugural MarkTech Conference at 美国哥伦比亚大学商学院 in New York City, we presented our research on how platform businesses like Amazon and Tesla achieve competitive advantage by balancing diversification and ecosystem control. This event brought together global scholars and industry leaders to delve into the transformative intersection of marketing and technology.
