This was really brought home to me at our Internal QBR this week where I watched a video highlighting the feedback we get from our Experts.

Our GigCX Experts are the heart of what we do. Each of them brings something unique to the table, not just in terms of expertise but in the way they connect with customers on a personal level. These experts are real people, with diverse backgrounds, life experiences, and passions, all working remotely to make a difference for the customers they support.

One of the greatest things about GigCX is that it’s not just about resolving issues—it’s about creating a human connection. Our experts, who are customers themselves, can relate to the challenges others face, and they bring a level of empathy and understanding that can’t be replicated by machines or scripts.

As Arnaud, who works as a Unilever product expert, said:

“I love helping other people, and as a customer myself, I know how satisfying it is to get personalized responses. And when I get positive feedback.”

For Arnaud, helping people isn’t just about solving a problem—it’s about personalized support that leaves a lasting impression. When customers feel understood and supported, they’re more likely to build long-term relationships with the brand. This empathy-driven approach is what sets GigCX apart and proves that people-first innovation can be just as powerful as any technological breakthrough.

“It’s really a nice reward, and I love feeling that I was helpful to others. I love being able to help other players with their problems… I’ve experienced [the same issues], and being able to help them through the same issues feels great.”

Brennan’s experience highlights how shared knowledge and empathy can create powerful connections between experts and customers. These are the interactions that make people feel valued, supported, and empowered, and they’re a key part of what makes GigCX so effective.

Innovation Isn’t Always About Technology—It’s About People! How true is that statement! I hear so many people complaining about "speaking" to robots when calling in to "speak" to someone or the robotic templated responses when trying to engage with a "human" online! The great thing about having a human at the other end of the line / chat is the ability to have a conversation that brings about a personalisation to that engagement and Limitless experts do exactly that as they are customers just like ourselves so understand where we are coming from and empathise where an AI tool or bot can't!
