I don't know Dr sorry Innovation begins with The people funding the innovation. People need to know The companies backgrounds And how their infusion of money will create Positiveness for their communities. Creating a Local look Creates more interest. I'm from NZ And I don't pay much attention to if Auckland recieves a new water pond Or tunnel But if Oamaru creates ways to put in a natural pond or lake with reflective balls in it to help the atmosphere we would pay attention as we are a Geo Park region. Gotta make it Clear Gotta make the education Personal

What an amazing and inspiring interview with Jessica Grimes (Matthews), PhD! The work at Kern Community College District, the Kern Coalition and through other organizations and leaders definitely gives us reason to be optimistic. I look forward to this week's interview with Dr. Watson, Les - how inspiring to see her blaze trails in education.

i think one of the most interesting things she said (paraphrasing here) was something along the lines that we cannot expect to make change nor progress without some kind of compromise or remission Les. thats so true! if we're not willing nor prepared to make sacrifices we will just stomp in place. #lesmood #greentech
