There is more to design and UX than Design Thinking. Below are some of the "Creative Problem Solving Processes that paved the way to today. Sometimes looking back can best help you figure out how to move forward.

1. Wallas Creativity Process 1926 The Wallas Creativity Process is a flexible framework for generating and refining ideas, and can be applied to a wide range of creative tasks, from writing to problem-solving. The process emphasizes the importance of both active and passive thinking, and highlights the value of taking breaks and allowing the mind to work subconsciously. Steps were Preparation, Incubation, Illumination, and Verification.

2. The Deming Cycle 1950, also known as the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycle, is a quality management methodology developed by Dr. W. Edwards Deming

Osborn Creative Problem Solving Process 1953, developed by advertising executive Alex Osborn in 1953, is a structured approach to problem-solving that emphasizes the importance of generating a large quantity of ideas, evaluating them critically, and selecting the most promising solutions. The process consists of six stages: Orientation, Preparation, Analysis, Ideation, Incubation, and Synthesis

Cataloguing is great ! Selecting would be great ? I found out a common background to many (a lot) of them,allowing to use only 1 approach for all issues
