This month, we're highlighting breakthrough Nike products, innovations, services and experiences designed specifically for women and girls. Our ambition is to be their biggest champion, and help make them feel seen and included.?Because we know, by listening to what women and girls need, we help serve everyone.?


1) Evolving With Women

We are expanding sport. Fifty years of listening to athletes, alongside our culture of innovation, has lead us to product and services that are increasingly inclusive and consider body, mind and life. Watch what that looks like.

3) Breaking Barriers for Girls to Play

When young girls stay involved with play and sport, the benefits are immeasurable. Nike is committed to teaching the next generation of coaches how to encourage young girls to stay in sports, keep playing and have fun.

4) Celebrating Women at Nike

Our Women of Nike (WON) employee network led a month of programming for Women's History Month, including a plus-sized fashion show.

At Nike, we celebrate and empower women with year-round events across our company and employee networks.?One of our favorite examples was this past International Women's Day, when our Women of Nike and Friends Network had a body-inclusive, plus-sized fashion show featuring 18 employees rocking our newest for-her innovations. 5) Supporting Nike Employees in All Moments

“I was dealing with postpartum depression after having my last baby,” says Christy Hairston, a West Territory Nike Athlete Experience (NAX) Trainer based in Los Angeles. “As a mother of four, I had dealt with postpartum before, but this time, it felt different."
