Hackathons—a time-honored tradition in the programming community—are an opportunity to build something cool, work with people you've never met before, and have a ton of fun. These events help bring crazy ideas to life and welcome creative ways to solve the challenges of the future. That’s why Innovaccer started its flagship HackerCamp to accelerate innovation.?
Since its inception in 2017, Innovaccer's HackerCamp has provided a way for the industry's brightest minds to bring their ideas to life. Bringing together programmers, inventors, and entrepreneurs to build progressive and innovative solutions that solve real-world problems, HackerCamp's previous editions have seen the participation of many innovators and problem solvers. Continuing the annual ritual, Innovaccer is back with its fourth edition, HackerCamp'22.?
HackerCamp'22 was originally imagined as an environment with participants all huddled over their computers, looking at their screens, staring intently, and determined to be the one who was going to come up with an idea and make it work. However, the challenges posed by the pandemic have pushed us to expect the same, but virtually.?
HackerCamp'22 is already in motion, the organizers have gone through hurdles to produce a bigger and even better event with thousands of participants. Powered by Microsoft, HackerCamp'22 is being held virtually—in collaboration with Dare2Compete—and across 58 days, from February 21 to April 19, 2022.?
This year's theme is “Bridging the Virtual Trio: Health, Work, and Life.”
Innovaccer is looking for groundbreaking solutions that can tackle problems associated with health, work, and life and how the solutions address all of them. After all, creativity is all about connecting things. Motivating to contemplate what you can expect from the future and develop solutions will accelerate the transformation for a better tomorrow.?
Registration closes on March 10, and submissions which must include an abstract outlining what problem(s) the product addresses and how it improves individuals’ work, life, and health are being accepted through March 20 on the HackerCamp'22 portal, The event welcomes ideas from all facets of innovation, including augmented reality, blockchain, virtual reality, artificial intelligence, big data, analytics, and more.
The hackathon is open to industry newcomers and working professionals (with at least two years of experience), who will get a chance to win prizes worth INR 12 lakhs, as well as interview opportunities with packages worth 15 lakhs for students and 48 lakhs for professionals.
With more than 27,000 participants already registered, the season's largest coding festival is live now. Coders and developers are unleashing their creativity and coding skills to build accessible problem-solving or life-enhancing solutions.
