Sometimes we can feel stuck in a certain situation; our thoughts are going round and round in circles, and you don’t know how to break away from the associated emotions.
The highly sensitive brain is very susceptible to this pattern. When you are processing information on a deeper level than others, it’s normal that you can feel overwhelmed by it, and sometimes even a bit lonely. It can seem like no one understands you, and like other people don’t have this “problem”.?
I’m here to tell you that you are NOT alone, and there is another way.
1 in 5 people in the world is an HSP (that’s 20% of all population!), so first of all, you are most definitely not an alien on earth. ?? That being said, our brain is comparable to muscles. This means you can build stamina, resilience and inner peace by training your brain with the right strategies.
It took me a while before I found the right tools to integrate and create this amazing quality of life that I experience now, but I can tell you, it was worth every goddamn second I spent on it.?
Investing in yourself is the best investment of all, because you can have all the time and money in the world, if you feel like you can’t relax for a minute, what is all of it really worth?

These coming weeks, I will be taking some time off to intensely enjoy the birth of our little goddess. It’s important to me to take good care of myself (body and mind), and be fully present to welcome this newest member to our family.
