Every day, you are inching closer to the end.

In Stoic philosophy, this truth isn’t meant to cast a shadow but to sharpen your focus on how you live.

The idea that “you are dying each day” serves as a constant reminder of the limited time you have.

It pushes you to let go of trivial concerns, to focus on what you can control, and to act with purpose and integrity.

This awareness of mortality, memento mori, encourages you to eliminate distractions, pursue only what truly matters, and live each day as if it could be your last.

?? Please take 10-15 minutes today to reflect and journal on these questions:

1. How proud and fulfilled are you about the type of work and results you achieved this past week?
2. What is the work only you can do that brings out your unique value and gift to others?
3. You have one last week to do the work your inner voice reminds you of, but you have resisted. What work are you doing this last week of your life?

We make hundreds of choices daily regarding how and where we allocate our time, focus, and energy. These choices are often subconscious and controlled by our beliefs and emotions.

? Create a reminder, visual, or ritual of being fully present when you allocate time on your calendar and when you say “yes” to things.
