Inner Guidance-Based Food Plan to Lower Inflammatory Markers

Certain foods can trigger inflammation in your body, and chronic inflammation is a major contributor to many diseases, including cardiovascular issues, arthritis, and diabetes. But how can you determine which foods are causing inflammation specifically for you?
In my holistic coaching practice, I use one of two methods to identify the foods triggering inflammation in your body. From there, we create a personalized health plan tailored to your needs:
1.????? Muscle Testing (Applied Kinesiology): Your body's energy field or nervous system reacts differently to foods that are beneficial versus those that are harmful. In this method, you hold a sample of food (neither you nor I know what it is). I then apply light pressure to your arm while you resist. If your arm weakens, it's an indication that your body is rejecting the food. If your muscle remains strong, your body is accepting the food. This method can be performed during an in-person session at my Wixom, Michigan office.
2.????? Inner Guidance Coaching: If we're meeting virtually, we use a different approach. I guide you through a process to connect with your Divine Mind to help you intuitively determine which foods to avoid. This process enables you to tap into your inner knowledge and create a personalized, anti-inflammatory eating plan.
In my experience, both as a practitioner and client, the most common food intolerances include wheat, milk, corn, and refined white sugar. Many "problems" or “dis-eases” resolve themselves when these foods are eliminated, reducing inflammation significantly.
