The Inner Game That Changes Everything

Today, I’m inviting you into the experience of ?????????? ???????????????????? ??????????????.

Each successful by external measures, yet also feeling a bit defeated.

Their stories might sound familiar.

?

??????????, a Global VP, who always appears both polished and exhausted, recently told me:

"??'?? ???????????????? ???? ?????? '???????????? ????' ??????????????.? ?????? ???????????? ???????? ???? ????????????????."

As we explored her experience, she realized something profound:

? her sense of ????????????????? wasn't coming from her packed calendar or demanding stakeholders

? it was coming from her thinking about them.

In moments of ??????????????, she could handle multiple competing priorities with grace.

In clouded moments, even small tasks felt insurmountable.

Then there was ??????????, a CFO who'd consistently delivered exceptional results.

"??'?? ?????????? ???? ???????????? ???? ?????????? ???????????? ?????????? ???????????????? ???????? ?????????????????? ?????? ???????? ???????? ????," she shared, frustration evident in her voice.

Through our work together, she discovered that when operating from ??????????????, she naturally commanded respect without effort.

The "carefully crafted words" and constant ????????-???????????????????? only emerged when she was caught in clouded thinking about how others might perceive her.

Finally, ??????????, an SVP, came to me torn between aging parents, struggling teenagers, and leading her team through uncertainty.

"??????????'?? ?????????????? ???????? ?????? ????," she said.

As we explored the nature of experience, she saw how her ?????????????????? came not from her circumstances, but from her thinking about them.

In moments of ??????????????, she found she could be fully present with whatever was in front of her

? whether family, work, or self-care

? without the mental burden of worrying about what she wasn't doing.

Here's what each leader discovered

??? ?their experience of life wasn't coming from their circumstances,

but from their ?????????? ???? ???????? in any given moment.

When operating from clarity, they had access to their natural ????????????, ????????????????????, ?????? ????????????????????.

When caught in clouded thinking, everything felt harder than it needed to be.

The ????????-?????????????? wasn't learning new strategies or techniques.

It was understanding that they already had everything they needed WITHIN them.

Their power wasn't in managing their circumstances better

?→ it was in recognizing when they were operating from ?????????????? versus caught in clouded thinking.

This understanding changed EVERYTHING.

? ??????????? found she could navigate her demanding role with more EASE.

? ??????????? stopped trying to prove herself and started leading AUTHENTICALLY.

? ??????????? discovered she could be present for everyone in her life - including HERSELF - without feeling depleted.


What was the differentiator?? The hack?

?? ╰┈? THEM

They were the differentiator -- because

Everything else is just temporary interference in the system.

When you understand this, you stop looking outside yourself for answers and start trusting the wisdom that emerges when your mind is ??????????.
