Introduction

I truly love the essence of logic used in these inspirational micro poems enhancing their quality such as, "Crystal Tears," and "The Hill." Naturally varying equations could be applied to these two poems. I appreciate the integrating rationality in the poetic lines of, "River." It discusses the sigh resulting from a stone; likewise, “The Eyes Look Into The Heart." They are very refreshing and give another view and perspective of life. The flow of some poetic lines connects with time and space in various ways such as, "Eyes Of The Sparrow," which is a beautiful church song. "Time Knocks On The Door," equates to worldwide humanity in many ways.

One does not have to look with a microscope to figure out the themes in any of the poems. For example, “The Souls Is A Mirror," relates to anyone looking in a mirror from different angles. It's precise, flows well, goes straight to the point, and reflects various aspects of life. I love the interconnection of lines to other poems blending like a quill. "I Dared To Ask The Gardner," “The Present” and "The Straight Line," are in this sequence. The author certainly had her thinking cap on and turned forward when she inked these pages with brilliance of inspirational words and poetic skills.

One will find great rhyming sequencing which makes these poems flow with ease of readability such as, "Rainbow" and "Hey, Who’s There." There is a spark of allusion in some poetic lines like “Darkness.” Imagery is reflected in “Apricot Tree,” and “I Am Not,” which used metaphors and definitive statements to highlight the theme. The questioning technique used in some of the poems are wonderful such as: "Future," "My Soul," “The Key You Gave,” “The Sunset Doesn’t Dare” and "Butterfly." These poems draw the reader into the lines for a deeper analysis on the poet's thoughts. Great job!

Conclusion

This is a note-worthy book of Micro Poetry. It’s very refreshing and the words flows very well. The poetic forms vary from two to eight lines. There is no difficulty in reading and understanding the lines. Any age group from middle school upwards can read this book with ease of readability. Various English poetry conventions are illustrated through the pages. The most obvious are: questioning technique, intermittent rhyming pattern, metaphors, definitive statements, and the like. Get your copy of this book, relax with a cup of coffee, tea, of a cool relaxing drink and experience a refreshing read.
