We take care of our most valuable energy: Our People

In commemoration of World Heart Day, we conducted the “Love Your Heart” health campaign in Tamaulipas, Tabasco, and Veracruz, to raise awareness among our team about preventing cardiovascular diseases.

Through a lottery game, our staff learned key concepts about heart health in a fun and engaging way, alongside a hands-on workshop on the proper use of a blood pressure monitor.

Active Participation in the 2024 National Drill

Our employees actively participated in the 2024 National Drill, from our offices to the gas processing plants located in Veracruz, Tabasco, and Tamaulipas. This exercise reinforces our culture of prevention and emergency preparedness.

‘New Energy’: Empowering the development of young professionals in Oil & Gas

As a part of our 3rd generation of the Trainee New Energy Program, 30 young professionals completed a one-year training period in various areas of the Group, including natural gas, oil, and turbomachinery.

During the closing ceremony, each mentor who guided them for a year in this process thanked them for their daily energy and highlighted the benefits of attracting and training talent through the program.

Through the New Energy Program, our goal is to nurture the professional growth of the next generation and provide a platform for learning and gaining experience for future professionals in the energy sector.

Continuous improvement and training, keys to strengthening our culture of compliance with international standards?

Our internal auditors and collaborators involved in managing reports and irregularities were trained in ISO 37002 on Whistleblowing Management Systems.

Additionally, as part of the Annual Audit Program, we evaluated our administrative support processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with our standards in Compliance, Anti-Bribery, Safety and Health, Environment, and Quality.

We consolidate the trust of our clients by developing EPC and O&M for a strategic project in southeastern Mexico

Our team of natural gas specialists develops the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction as well as the O&M for the Cuxtal Phase II project, which aims to increase the transport capacity of the STGN Energía Mayakan by 180 MMscfd, to transport the gas necessary for the entry into operation of the new Combined Cycle Power Plants in Yucatan.

For the third consecutive year, HSBC, in collaboration with EY, has presented the Sustainable Innovation Award, recognizing Mexican companies that, through their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies, create a significant impact in the communities where they operate. In 2024, Nuvoil is proud to be a finalist, an achievement that reflects our firm commitment to sustainability.
