Horeca Support Initiative : Focus Starred Restaurants Chefs

Dear network, customers and friends,

Corona crisis has hit many sectors especially the HoReCa one. The Michelin starred restaurants chefs have not been spared.

How did they face the lock-down? How will they resist to the consequences still to come? Which initiatives did they take and will take? Because the HoReCa sector is one of my main customer and because I have many friends there, I have taken the initiative to gather around the table (virtually) a good number of starred chefs and have given a voice to each and every one of them to tell us how they lived this period. Some of them have completely changed their business model and succeeded. These creative, disruptive insights sharing might help other colleagues.

A special thanks to the distinguished Belgian Economist Mr Bruno Colmant (Degroof Petercam) to have kindly accepted to be part of this initiative. He has carefully listened to all the difficulties shared, he will think how to translate them into possible concrete actions to bring solutions.

A special thanks to Mr Nicolas Keszei, journalist at L'Echo who has kindly accepted to assist to the discussions, listened to the sharing and announced that when the right time has come he will list the main claims and take actions for the HoReCa sector.
