Workstations, shop floors and offices should feature small reading areas where employees can take a moment to enjoy a book or an article. These spaces need to be distinct from the cafeteria. Employers should encourage employees to spend may be for 10 to 15 minutes reading during tea breaks or similar times based on individual preferences. These reading rooms could provide daily newspapers, journals and weekly or biweekly magazines along with books. This initiative can help employees decrease their excessive reliance on mobile phones for quick dopamine boosts ultimately reducing their exposure to electromagnetic radiation as well.
