We would like to WELOME you to XXX. We are a new online company that is focused on helping interns find quality internships across South Africa.

Through our online platform, we will be connecting your companies with quality graduates seeking these internships.

We want to make it possible for companies of all sizes to find the perfect intern to FIT their business environment without spending valuable time or resources to do so.

Here is a perfect example of how NOT to introduce your company to a complete stranger!

In this short text they mention themselves no less than 5 times

ME the targeted Customer, just once & “them” whoever that is, twice.

 a rule of thumbs suggests that you use the Customar's name 10 times MORE thatn you own, in any initial outreach.

A Customer buys, or will consider buying if he sees a solution to MEET HIS needs, not yours.

So, therefore, when you are trying to entice him/her to look at your company as a possible service provider it should be ALL about him/her & fulfilling his/her needs, NOT you & yours!
