The prevalence of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) is alarmingly rising in India, and more than two-thirds of those affected are between the ages of 26 and 59, which is the most productive life span. In India, diabetes has increased dramatically. Diabetes cases are considerably more prevalent in urban areas than in rural areas. Globally, non-communicable illnesses are on the rise and are now responsible for 73% of all fatalities. Non-communicable illnesses are responsible for 53% of all fatalities in India.


The problem is known to everyone and solutions as well, like physical activity, avoiding junk food, low sugar diet, etc. internet is full of all the information but the reality is still there are no changes in health. Still, people are at risk of heart attack, kidney failure, stroke etc.

Recent research done by IEEARC Tech Dr. Bhavana Kalvala , Dr.vijaykumar Deenadayalan the lack of awareness and management is one of the key factors which cause the progression of disease in such rapid growth.

While we talked to the patient we observed some of them not taking medicine continuously or even if they take it's not suitable for them.
