As someone always on the lookout for ways to boost book sales for my clients, I decided to explore IngramSpark's Share & Sell Your Book program and share my initial impressions.

Pros:

Increased earnings per sale

Custom pricing

Promo link creation or QR code

Easy sales tracking

Cons:

Limited to US-based accounts

Shipping restricted to the US

No access to buyer data – a significant concern to me

Royalties Breakdown

Authors earn book price minus print costs and $3.50 fee, while readers cover shipping and sales tax.

KDP Comparison

While IngramSpark may offer better royalties, consider Amazon's lower printing costs.

My Takeaway:

IngramSpark's Share & Sell program shows promise, but limitations and unclear benefits raise questions.
