As I sit down to reflect on 2024, I am overwhelmed with gratitude, pride, and excitement. What a journey it has been! When my co-founder Dürin Artuk and I started ingosa.ai , we had the dream of turning AI-powered conversational marketing into an industry standard. Fast-forward to today: We’ve wrapped up a year full of milestones—launching groundbreaking product features, forging global partnerships, amplifying brand presence, and winning multiple industry awards.

And perhaps most importantly, we’ve remained committed to uplifting fellow women entrepreneurs as we continue to grow our business. Here’s a look back at our whirlwind year.


1. Partnerships & Global Expansion

One of our big leaps forward was building relationships that allowed Ingosa to shine on an international stage. We partnered with Solital Ltd. (UK) and officially established collaborations with agencies in Canada Oppsense Inc. , the Netherlands, France, and more. Meeting with the PepsiCo EMEA, PepsiLabs Global, OMD UK, Smartly and Teads teams showed us just how receptive global markets are to conversational AI.

2. Product Innovation & Key Metrics

Our core mission at Ingosa is to enable brands to have meaningful conversations with their audiences—at scale. To that end, our product team delivered a series of innovative features this year, backed by continuous feedback from our clients and 44 successful product sprints.   • Banner Preview Page: Users can now preview banners in a realistic environment before launching, ensuring seamless end-user experiences. See our HSBC preview.
  • Custom Backgrounds & Video Integration: Adding video backgrounds to banners boosted engagement by 25%. See our Ford UK demo here.
  • Placement Reporting & Expanded Performance Metrics: We introduced more granular data analysis, including size performance tables, so advertisers can refine strategies more effectively.
  • Brief Generator & Idea Generator: Leveraging Gen-AI to produce quick and detailed campaign briefs and strategic idea breakdowns (GAIN, PAIN, OBJECTIONS, FAB), helping marketers brainstorm faster.
  • Banner Generation from Idea Generator: Automated dialogue flows for conversational banners, with built-in marketing psychology triggers like FOMO and Bandwagon Effects.
  • Super Banner: Bundle multiple banners into one campaign, letting our AI optimize display frequency for each. This boosted engagement by 44% compared to our standard conversational banners!
  • Remarketing Module: Retarget your audiences based on their previous banner interactions, closing the loop on campaign funnel optimization.

Soaring Product Metrics

  • Avg Monthly Revenue: Up 32.16% compared to 2023
  • Total Cash In: Up 62.12%
  • Number of Active Customers: Up 262.5%, with 37 new brands adopting Ingosa in 2024
  • Impressions: Our conversational banners saw a 57.89% increase, reaching 580 million total impressions
  • Total Conversation Duration: 3271 hours of user interactions—equivalent to 136 days of non-stop conversation
  • Languages Supported: Turkish, English, and German (with more on the way! You name it.)

These numbers aren’t just statistics; they reflect stories of real users engaging with brands in more personal, dynamic ways. From major banks to fast-moving consumer goods brands, Ingosa helped amplify messaging across every corner of digital advertising.

Nothing underscores our progress more than the success of our clients. We published 15 case studies last year, focusing on varied sectors—automotive, retail, finance, e-commerce, and beyond. Some top highlights:

  • Disney Studios: Achieved 78K conversations at a 1.53% engagement rate—16x above industry benchmarks!
  • CarrefourSA: Drove a 0.23% engagement rate (2.8x the benchmark) with hyper-personalized recommendations for pet owners.
  • HSBC: 1,026 completed conversations in a financial services campaign, with an impressive 38-second average interaction on mobile banners.
  • Citro?n Berlingo: 2% of conversational users converted to car buyers—a powerful example of how deeper engagement can drive high-value conversions.

5. Team Growth & Collaborative Spirit

When we started Ingosa, we were 3 founding partners (Dürin Artuk & Muammer Okumu? ). Today, we are a 15-person team, including new hires from the UK, Netherlands, Canada, and France, plus a stellar advisory board and mentors ( Alper Cengiz , Can A. , Murat Berkant Kuru ). We’ve also formed strategic partnerships with digital agencies—big shout-outs to Solital and Oppsense Digital—and we’re only just getting started!

  • Key Hires & Board Additions: We welcomed Berkant Kuru as a board advisor—a true rock star in the digital world.
  • Cross-Border Collaborations: Our first global partner is on board (announcement coming soon!).
  • Inspiring Internal Contributions: Our frontend developer Akif penned an insightful article that energized our entire technical team!

On a personal note, I was honored to speak at events hosted by Galatasaray University, startups.watch (“Turkey Startup Ecosystem 2024 Q1”), Aegean Ventures (“Gelece?e Yat?r?m Giri?imcilik Zirvesi”), and more.


6. Empowering Women in Tech

As a female entrepreneur in the AI-powered MarTech sector, it’s profoundly important for me to support other women founders (like our lead investor ARYA VC does) who strive to break barriers in technology. I was humbled to be a ‘Turkey’s Promising Woman Entrepreneur 2023 Finalist’ last year, and we carried that momentum into 2024 by:

  • Actively participating in women-led initiatives like Google for Startups Growth Academy: Women in AI, Womenup (EU-supported), and Garanti BBVA’s Tech Acceleration Program (Follow Selin Oz for more great success stories about women in business!)
  • Celebrating International Women’s Day with a heartfelt feature from our mentor Can, who applauded the journey of Ingosa.
  • Consistently spotlighting women-driven success stories on platforms like LinkedIn, Bloomberg, Para Dergisi, and more.

I truly believe that the future of tech is more inclusive—and 2024 proved that we can elevate each other while building profitable, impactful solutions.


7. Looking Ahead to 2025 and Beyond

2024 was a whirlwind of growth, achievements, and meaningful collaborations. We saw:

  • 37 brands and 12 digital marketing agencies from 12 different sectors adopt our Gen-AI-powered platform.
  • Over 239 brand meetings, 117 of which progressed into deeper partnerships.
  • 33 new blog posts published, reaching 51K organic impressions on Google and racking up 1,500 clicks.

From forging new alliances to rolling out advanced AI features (stay tuned for our HTML5 Banner Creation, TikTok brief generator, YouTube video optimizer, and Website AI banners!), we are more determined than ever to redefine digital advertising.

Thank You to everyone—clients, partners, mentors, teammates, investors and especially our ever-supportive community. You believed in our vision when Ingosa was just an idea. Now we stand as a testament to what’s possible when passion, resilience, and innovation align.
