The key to this transformation lies in AI's ability to analyse large quantities of data, identify patterns, and make accurate predictions or recommendations.
In personalized care and exercise routines, AI can analyse individual health data, lifestyle factors, and personal preferences to design tailor-made wellness programs. By incorporating wearable technology, AI systems can track a person's biometrics in real time, adjusting workout plans or suggesting lifestyle changes based on the data collected. For example, an AI system could monitor your heart rate during a workout, adjusting the intensity or type of exercise based on your real-time performance and long-term goals.
