Infrastructures of Portugal can raise more than five million with the sale of 23 buildings

Infraestruturas de Portugal (IP), through IP Heritage, has put up for sale a set of rustic and urban buildings - 23 in all - from North to South of the country, with base values ranging from 10,900 euros to more than 1,2 millions of euros. In all, they can generate revenues of at least 5,195,800 euros.
According to Jornal de Negócios, the company led by António Laranjo decided to open 23 procedures for the sale of real estate by closed letter, with the selection criterion being defined only the proposal with the highest value.
The cheapest property on the list is a rustic building in the parish of Canaviais, in the municipality of évora, which has a base value of 10,900 euros, while the most expensive one (5,195,800 euros) relates to a rustic building in the parish of Bacelo, in the municipality of évora.
The deadline for submission of proposals varies between September 21 and 26, according to the procedure, and IP has reserved the right to decide not to sell the building if it does not accept the proposal submitted, a situation that will not entitle to any compensation .
It should be noted that if there is more than one bid with the same acquisition value, a draw will be made for tie-breaker purposes.
The buyer, in turn, must prove that he has the tax and tax situation regularized, having to deliver 20% of the value of the proposed acquisition as a signal and principle of payment with the conclusion of the contract of purchase and sale, being the delivery of the remaining amount paid with the execution of the deed.
