Women's Mentorship Scheme from PEI Group

The Women’s Mentorship Scheme from PEI Group launches this month. This program will provide mentorship opportunities to help women grow their careers and navigate challenges in the industry.

New York Member Meetings

Infrastructure Investor Network’s New York City meetings last week saw an incredible turnout with thought-provoking discussion and networking sessions with the Network's exclusive women and LP-only cohorts, as well as an evening of mini golf.?

Starting off bright and early, LP members met for an Investor-only Breakfast at La Grande Boucherie which included a deep-dive into the latest investment landscape, Q4 allocation goals, and looking ahead to 2025 plans.

Golf Simulator Happy Hour

Members met for a Golf Simulator Happy Hour at Five Iron Golf for an evening of informal networking and relaxed drinks.

• An LP is looking to start investing in real assets with an allocation of 10% of their portfolio. Looking to mainly target value-add and some core strategies. They are working alongside Cambridge Associates.
• A specialist manager is looking to connect with LPs interested in renewables and energy transition. Funds include climate VC, core/core+ utility-scale renewables, energy transition, and offshore wind (￡10mln+). Seeking opportunities to partner and acquire specific assets, where the manager has strong value-add capabilities (￡50m+) Geography: UK/Europe/North America.
• Alternative investment fund manager is seeking final investors for their offshore wind fund based in Europe, including the UK. They specialise in core, core+/value-add and secondaries strategies. The fund has acquired an indirect ownership of 49% in three wind farms with a combined capacity of 258 MW. Does this fit your bill??
• An asset manager with currently more than 2 GW of RES development capabilities on three core markets: Poland, Italy and Greece. The fund is currently considering incremental capital.
