• Spiral Emitters

Matching perfectly to the geometry of your product. To heat up homogeneously: discs, plastic rods, tubes, metals and glass.

• Plug-In Emitters

With a plug-in connection. Simplifying assembling as well as maintenance during production . The plug-in emitter helps to reduce maintenance cost, by heating up and cooling down in seconds.

• Slotted Emitters

Working like a drying or heating channel for fibres, threads and ropes, saving energy and space.

• Emitters for 3D shapes - Contour

When curved surfaces, corners, edges or specific contours of a product need to be heated. They are individually formed to replicate complex geometries of work pieces. Modified in shape, size and spectrum to your particular production process. Possibilities: welding, joining, glueing, de-burring and bending.

• Emitters for small surfaces - Duo & Quattro Emitters

Having response times within seconds ensuring efficient and safe heating processes. Mostly used for trims, carpets and vehicle dashboards.

• Omega Emitters

Also individually formed to match the requirements of the finishing process. On top of it you can choose the reflector type according to the application.

• Emitters for Vacuum Processing

Having nor a gold reflector neither ceramics, an emitter for processing in vacuum could be modified (sockets, leads, wave lengths, voltages,...) so it can operate under the perfect vacuum conditions.

• Pilot Emitters

Added on the infrared heater: a quartz glass tube (thermowell) in which a thermocouple can be inserted.
