1.What sparked your interest in this particular profession?
In my previous company, I worked in this position, but that wasn't at this level; I worked as a recruiter only. Due to the Covid-19 epidemic, I had to switch jobs. When I was actively looking for a job, I found this opportunity at InfosecTrain. Even though I was familiar with the operation's field, I noticed that at InfosecTrain, I could learn a lot about various processes and the procedure to carry the requirement further and enhance my operational knowledge, both of which would be valuable in my profession. This reason increased my interest in the profession.?
2. When did you realize acquiring a job here was the right move?
I would say a few months after I started working for the company. The first few months were a little challenging because there were so many new things to learn. But I effortlessly captured it without any difficulty with the support of my mentors. Kapil Sir appreciated my work efforts when I started performing my responsibilities admirably. I admire and appreciate Kapil Sir's encouragement since it made me realize I am in the right place.
3. What is something that was unique about this place?
The work culture and flexibility at InfosecTrain are excellent, which makes it unique. Most importantly, the seniors and coworkers are very supportive and courteous. It is a privilege to have Kapil Sir as a mentor and amazing coworkers, who have always encouraged me.
4. What would you say about your role in the company?
Generally, we get requirements for various courses or modules via our sales team for private or public batches, but sometimes we need clients for our public batches immediately to introduce new courses. So, as a Resourcing Executive, my primary role is to connect with clients via platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other employment portals and interact with them about training modules and availability and provide associate trainers to the clients to fulfill their needs.
5. What is something special about your line of work that you have learned?
I can honestly say that I have learned a lot, and I'm still learning and gradually improving myself. My responsibility is not just to identify a requirement, find a trainer, and then fulfill it. Instead, I need to establish long-term relationships with the trainers because if I need a trainer to deliver training after 3–4 months of our interaction, they should be prepared and familiar with me. Because I work with trainers, so I've learned how to communicate with them and establish a good rapport.?
6. Describe a professional role model who has inspired you.
I would specifically say Kapil Sir. He is genuinely a very inspirational, supportive, enthusiastic, hardworking, and multitasking person. I admire how he handles everything, whether it is work, customers, or extracurricular activities. He has always been a source of encouragement for me. Furthermore, I would also say Shubhangi, because she also has greatly inspired me.
7. What about your job energizes and drains you?
The part of my profession that energizes me the most is when all the requirements get closed quickly and effortlessly in the time and also learning new things every day. Nothing about my profession makes me feel exhausted; I love and enjoy working.

8. What has boosted your confidence?
My confidence has continually been strengthened by the praise I received from my seniors for my work. Also, the knowledge I experience every day and learn new things boosts my confidence.
9. What qualities most stand out about the folks you work with?
I consider myself to be very fortunate to work with outstanding mentors and coworkers like Kapil Sir, Amutha, and Shubhangi. They are very generous, encouraging, helpful, and honest folks that are always available whenever I need them. Whenever I have questions or doubts, Kapil Sir always explains them very well.
10. Describe a time at work that you particularly enjoy.
Because I love reading and learning new things, I enjoy the time when a new course is launched, and I have to read about it to understand what it is exactly and to gain knowledge on a specific one, which makes work exciting and straightforward.
11. What are you most proud of?
In the beginning, I had limited expertise in my line of work, but I am happy to be a part of this company since I have gained much knowledge here. I'm proud of how I've adapted to this profession so well.
12. What new skill, if any, would you be able to learn quickly and easily?
I want to gain a more in-depth knowledge of my field. Consistently developing and learning new skills is essential to increase your confidence. So, to grow my career, I would like to learn more about resourcing. I want to develop my communication skills with both clients and trainers.
13. What keeps you positive and motivated throughout the day?
The praise and appreciation that I receive from my seniors for my efforts keep me positive and motivated all day. When I succeed after working hard, that inspires me as well.
14. How has your recent work-life balance been?
My work-life balance has become very flexible. Due to flexible work hours, I've been able to balance my work and personal lives.
15. Do you believe your career is progressing?
Yes, I truly believe that my career is moving forward. Because in the beginning, I had little knowledge of my work, but now I am familiar with most of the training programs and processes.
