Meet Manasa Unnam, a sales team member at InfosecTrain, who believes "Hard work speaks louder than Smart work." Let's catch up with the inspiring and hardworking story of our Insider Sales Specialist, Manasa Unnam, who is also an excellent Table Tennis player.

1.?Tell us about your role in the Sales Team.

My role is taking up the leads from the Marketing team, communicating with the customer, interacting with them, getting to know about their profile, and guiding them to choose suitable courses. I'll connect with the people, handle calls, emails, and social media profiles like LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc., and close the lead. Interacting with different kinds of people is altogether a different?experience in Sales.

2.?What made you choose this profession?

I completed my B. Com in Computers and later pursued?MBA from LPU. It is believed that MBA students must learn Sales and Marketing, in which, Sales is a part of interacting with different customers. In this profession, I'll be the one interacting with individuals and helping them advance their careers.

3.?What is something special about your line of work that you have learned?

Infosec Train allows me to understand every training course, and I can be confident enough to suggest or guide the best suitable career path. I not only get to interact with different kinds of people but different nationalities as well.?Apart from sales tasks, Infosec Train also allows me to work on various verticals like Chart slots, interact with salespeople, improve my LinkedIn profile, and expand my network on LinkedIn.

4.?Describe the time at work that you enjoy.

I enjoy my work?throughout the day. I love to interact with people and guide them to choose the right career path for their profiles.

5.?Who is your professional role model?

My mother is my all-time role model; she is a multitasker and takes care of the home, children, and her profession. I learn the discipline that she represents in scheduling her daily home chores.

6.?What boosts your confidence?

I believe in hard work, and that boosts my confidence. My hard work gives me immense satisfaction for the day before I go to bed.

7.?What is something unique in this company?

Infosec Train allows me to explore all kinds of people around the globe. It made me understand the importance of training courses so I can guide and support them to enhance their profession.

8. What qualities most stand out about the folks you work with?

All my colleagues are very motivating with positive vibes. Especially Yashika and Seema were my go-to persons whenever I was in low and had?doubts (which were not less). Working with them makes me believe that there are still such kind and humble people.

9. What exhausts and energizes you about work?

When I don't reach the target, I get exhausted. Whenever I reach my target, I get incentives that boost me to the next target.

10.?What is the best appreciation you have ever received?

I recently hit my target before the deadline and got a lot of appreciation from my manager.

11.?How are you balancing your personal life and professional life?

As our work timings are flexible, it helps me to work and manage my personal life and professional life seamlessly.

12.?Do you believe your career is progressing?

Yes, I believe this is the best place to explore new technologies that gives me immense knowledge and also helps me to guide my leads for a proper career path. Not only leads, I can even assist my friends in choosing a career.

13.?Where do you see yourself in the future?

No complex career plans right now, I need to work hard, grab an award, and get promoted to the next position at InfosecTrain.
