This article is all about the job fair held at Forman Christian College (A Chartered University) .Firstly I would like to Thank University for arranging this Job fair. Secondly, FCCU Career Services and Internships Office deserves my sincere congratulations and admiration for arranging a well-coordinated job fair that allowed students to network with both MNCs and local businesses. The role of a Job fair for any student like me is crucial for Networking and placements. I gained benefits as it has provides numerous advantages to both students and employers. Here are some critical advantages the job fair has given me. I have explored career options and found job opportunities. This fair has provided knowledge about various job openings in different fields and industries. It allowed me to meet with potential employers and recruiters. As we know networking is essential in building connections and obtaining job opportunities, so I tried to network as much as possible at the Job fair. I introduced myself to new companies and industries, which was a fascinating thing for me. I learned job search skills such as resume writing, interview techniques, and Networking from company representatives. It will definitely improve my chances of success in the job market. The feature talks and workshops from industry professionals have helped me with valuable insights and knowledge about various fields and industries. Let's discuss what companies need from their potential candidates/Fresh grads. I asked questions from three companies representatives:?

First company I visited is NCG,

In conclusion, it was a truly fantastic learning experience for me. Every booth I visited stressed the value of having a foundational knowledge of Excel and specific skills like V lookup, Pivot tables, Dashboards, etc. For students like us, having a firm grasp of IT-based tools and strong communication abilities are also requirements. One of the most outstanding venues for Networking is LinkedIn, which is regarded as having polished profiles that make a good impression. Students like me must work wisely in this constantly shifting industry. I would make use of this opportunity. I'll definitely make myself a strong candidate for the positions that matter.
