Information Security Awareness is a focus on the human element of cyber security in both public and private organizations. There appears to be a shortage of training for business of all types. This lack of training can lead a business into a situation where hackers use phishing email and website attacks on employees to gain access to business-sensitive information. This poses a significant risk to the business. Businesses must spend the time, money, and resources to train employees against cyber-attacks in order to protect business informational assets from access and/or theft.
