Using an incorrect sized connector could cause irreversible damage to your device.

When our customers have a request for quotation, normally will send us a list like this

Why the size of DC connector is so important? To have an understanding of it is quite useful.

Example: 5.5?/ 2.5?mm (Outer Diameter / Inner Diameter)

2. Size Measuring

Due to the small sizes at play, particularly with the inner diameter, use a digital caliper will make things easier.

3.?USB (A, B or C) connector

A?USB (A, B or C) connector?will match?with any USB charger.

Even though two adapters with the same Power and Voltage, there may be different DC connectors, please do provide the right size when you purchase a replacement laptop charger.
