1. Citizenship and Passport:

Hold a valid passport issued by Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK, Ireland, or Canada.

Completion of an undergraduate engineering qualification, a master's degree, or a PhD from a country where the official language is English (Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK, Ireland, and Canada, excluding Quebec).
