Infor FSM | How To: Reactivate MS Excel ISD Add-In

Have you encountered an instance/s when you could not see the Infor tab in Excel for the ISD Add-In?

This maybe an obvious fix but this certainly took me quite some time to figure out thinking that I have to uninstall then re-install the program.

Resolution

In Excel, Click File > Options > Add Ins > Select COM Add-Ins in the Manage drop-down list > Go

Deselect Infor Spreadsheet Designer for Microsoft Excel > Click Ok

Use the same navigation path to re-enable the Infor Spreadsheet Designer for Microsoft Excel Add In. If this does not work, you might want to consider re-installing the ISD.

Install Excel ISD Add-In

Click App Menu > Downloads and UIs > Install Spreadsheet Designer
