Infor FSM | How To: Log Into Multiple Accounts Simultaneously
Testing could be challenging especially for cases of multi-level approval. You’d have to log in and out each web session to access the account where you need to test.
But all this hassle is addressed using MultiLogin, a web extension that allows you to log into multiple accounts on the same site simultaneously.

I. One Tab for Each User
Note: Each tab that I have opened represents a unique session, each tab logged into different user account. You'd be able to know if the session is unique via the session number indicated in the tab name.
If you duplicate a tab, the session will be duplicated and you're able to have multiple screens/tabs open for that user.
II. Logged In Accounts
As I am currently testing AP Invoice approval, I need to check if the AP Invoices are routed to each user. The users I have logged in are the accounts for the CEO, Exec. VP and VP.
III. Chrome Extension
I have tested the web extension in both Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
I prefer using it in Microsoft Edge as I no longer have to click the extension icon to create a unique session. Each tab you open will be a unique session automatically.
For the Chrome web extension, you'd need to click the extension icon first and that will open a new tab. As you navigate to a web URL, you'll be able to see a session id number in the tab name.
Hope this helps. See you in the next article.
