Arun, I love this info-graphic on ID. It is a transitional artifact that will remain "evergreen". I also like how this is a sleek modern infographic that uses images and text to convey a message that is open and promotes free thought and a deeper understanding of the topic. Data-wise it is lightweight, time wise it is quick and knowledge-wise it is impactful. Using good ID artifacts to share info on ID! #SOUND!

Insightful Arun. An immediate question - how do we design an organisation ecosystem (value system, behaviours, rituals, etc) that can evolve for the Learning capability to shift?

Thanks, Arun. Like the infographics and will be using the 'Work is learning'one to promote discussion and reflection on current training models/programmes.

Quite impressed by your articles Arun! I particularly like how you make the information so visual and even sucessfully use pop-culture to embody the content - re "infographic-heroic-journeys-high-performance". I'm now quite excited to see about Learn2Learn :D
