Infographic CV - yes or no?

We are trying out new formats for our CVs. This is one example. What do you think about the format? Please comments on the layout and formatting,  not the content.

Looks satisfactory to me. it is clear and detailed.

May be have medium dotted line to separate columns. A bar with 4 different colours may do for language competency. I don't seems to like table of key expertise but I understand that, it may be due to minimal space.
