  • Identifying influencers that will truly perform isn’t easy. Finding them at scale? Even harder.

Solution: before you even start, build out an Ideal Influencer Profile (IIP) for your brand. This should include everything you want in an influencer. Then use influencer discovery tools (budget dependent) to automatically filter for influencers that match your IIP. From there manually vet comments and story highlights to ensure they are brand aligned… and hey presto! You’ve found your ideal influencer.

Challenge 2: Maintaining Authenticity

  • Most influencer content feels fake and scripted. The best brands work with influencers to produce content that feels authentic and native to their audience’s feed.

Solution: seed influencers first to identify the ones that truly like your product and resonate with your brand. From there, allow creative freedom and encourage influencers to express their true thoughts on the product.

Challenge 3: Budget Constraints

Working with influencers can get expensive, and quick. Without the right strategy, we’ve seen many brands struggle to keep up with rising influencer costs.

Solution: utilise a variety of influencer strategies that fit within your budget to get maximum bang for your buck. Tactics like influencer seeding and ambassador programs can keep costs low to start with, before spending extra on paid partnerships.
