The Influence of the Water Extraction Press On the Linen

The water extraction press uses the hydraulic system to control the oil cylinder and press the plate die head (water sac) to quickly press and extrude the water in the linen in the press basket. In this process, if the hydraulic system has poor inaccurate control of the position where the piston rod moves up and down, the speed, and pressure, it will easily damage the linen.

The control system and hydraulic system

To choose a?good water extraction press, people must first look at the control system and hydraulic system. Because the laundry factories in China are processed by incoming materials.?Each customer's linen old and new, material, and thickness are not the same?so each linen pressing process requirement is not the same.

It is important that the water extraction press has custom programs that are based on different linen materials and service years. Also, setting different pressure on the linen when pressing can both raise the dehydration efficiency and lower the damage to the linen.

??The hydraulic system

The stability of the hydraulic system is also very important. It is the core of the water extraction press. It can show whether the press is stable or not. The stroke of the press cylinder, each press action, the reaction speed of the main cylinder, and the accuracy of the pressure control are all determined by the hydraulic system.

If the control system or hydraulic system is unstable, the failure rate in use will be high. System pressure fluctuation is also uncontrollable and can damage linen.

The shape of the linen cake

To choose a good water extraction press, we must see the shape of the linen cake.

If the linen cake that comes out after pressing is uneven and not strong, the damage must be large. The force on the place where the cloth is convex is large, and the force on the place where it is concave is small. As a result, the linen may be easily torn.

The gap between the press basket and the water sac

Linen damage probability will be relatively large?under such circumstances:

●?The design of the gap between the press basket and the water sac is unreasonable.?

●?The oil cylinder and the press basket are different.

●?The press basket is deformed.

●?The water sac and the press basket are caught in the middle of the water sac and the press basket.

●?When the press is dehydrated, the water sac moves downward under high pressure.

The process of pressing the basket

If the inner wall of the pressing basket is not smooth enough, it will also damage the linen. The inner wall of the CLM press basket is polished after fine grinding and then mirror polishing. The smooth inner wall makes the resistance of the linen running down smaller, protects the cloth to the maximum extent, and reduces the damage.
