Its been few months since I last wrote an article, as I was overly overwhelmed with work, and running my businesses. The last article I published in January 2022. "Optimism for the road head', the world was still battling with covid 19. although the pandemic isn't fully dissipated, with countries like China still implementing lockdown with a aim for a zero covid 19 policy.
However, the rest of the world, like the United state, and other developed economies has understood that we have to learn how to live with covid 19. Although our optimism was almost short lived, as we were rattled by Russia invasion of Ukraine, and once again after a long decade the sound of bomb, and war was heard in Europe.
Our share values of solidarity in covid19 was extended to the people of Ukraine as we all glue to our Television to see Ukrainian citizen fie for their life, and cities been destroyed. In the mist of the conflict a new kind of leader imaged.. Volodymyr Zelenskiy, president of Ukraine.
In one of the rarely cry when the United State and its allies offered to evacuate him and his family from the war to save his life, yet in a defining word he said " I DONT NEED A RIDE, I NEED AMOLITION". That echo's through the world, that a new kind of leader is born, that in the eye of the storm sends a resolved within him, and to his people to fight.
The world heard him, and what he ask for he got it. The courage of a one man who believes that his destiny cant be shaped by the circumstance nor the situation, made him an INFLUENCE, not only in Ukraine, but around the world.

The examples we show and the word we speak to ourselves will either edify or destroy the seed of faith once sown. During crises faith has to raise, so do great leaders raise. Once again our optimisms soar, because of one man.
To influence one has to be courageous to take on the enduring life battle to whatever freedom he believes in.
As the war in Ukraine unfold, so is the supplier chain crises, and inflation unravels in the United State, Europe, and other part of the world. Far East in China was the collapse of one of China biggest real-state companies ?Evergrande. Yet investors, banks rarely on hope that the state will save the day. Whenever, there is crises there is a call for a leaders to lead and in return influence.
I remember what Dale Carnegie?wrote. “I consider my ability to arouse enthusiasm among my people,” said Schwab, “the greatest asset I possess, and the way to develop the best that is in a person is by appreciation and encouragement.
“There is nothing else that so kills the ambitions of a person as criticisms from superiors. I never criticize anyone. I believe in giving a person incentive to work. So I am anxious to praise but loath to find fault. If I like anything, I am hearty in my approbation and lavish in my praise. " That is what Schwab did. But what do average people do? The exact opposite. If they don’t like a thing, they bawl out their subordinates; if they do like it, they say nothing. As the old couplet says: “Once I did bad and that I heard ever. Twice I did good, but that I heard never.” To influence one has to master the art of himself, and the people entrusted to him.
