Inflation-driven pay increases have run out of hot air

The age-old approach of across the board pay increases don't deliver value, cause problems, and isn't even fair.  What we need is intelligent and impactful pay decisions.

Right on the money! The three reasons to award employees a pay increase that aligns with inflation was a very good summary of why it's a bad idea. Just wanted to read what the best approach is.
