To ?? infinity and beyond

Time does not fly, it warps. I know it is scientifically incorrect because only space warps, but anyway you got the point??. Not long ago, I joined Nordic Semiconductor and now it's time to say farewell. One year and four months is not a very long time by any stretch of imagination, but I bet it is just enough to develop many fond memories, get to know great people and do awesome cool projects. Yeah, I had that all. Thank you Nordicers & Nordic Semi for that.?

I have no doubt that Nordic will hit the Billion-dollar mark in a handful of years and will go by leaps and bounds, because I have witnessed the craft of the people and open creative culture of the company. I was fortunate enough to work with many of the Nordicers directly or indirectly. Please accept my deepest gratitude as I learned a great deal from all of you. Hope I was able to reciprocate process of value creation.?

Textbooks tell you, do not develop any attachments with any product or project. I somewhat agree with that because it lets you get the product out of your door quickly, but then I usually throw the textbooks out of the window. Without passion and attachment, you cannot build great products that make incredible value for the customers and the organization. I feel proud that I got the opportunity to work with many great products. I remember when Joel and Bj?rn-Tore discussed their vision with me during the interview, I was immediately sold out. I understood what they wanted to achieve from the perspective of device security, but I didn't know how much was already in the pipeline. I was amazed to see how advanced the modem team, IoT device & SDK teams, cloud team and Security team were. It just required someone to align the pieces of the puzzle and boom, you had roadmap for awesome product lines. I had the pleasure of working with teams ranging all the way from the Nordic factory floors all the way up to Nordic cloud services. Within 1 year, we gamed the whole concept behind device identity & remote provisioning service, which will undoubtedly create massive value from services perspective and will compliment chip sales. This service alone will be responsible for bringing secure connectivity to 600 million Nordic devices per year. Leading the project from the front and building the prototype for it was one of the best experienes that I ever had. I am so happy to see that this project is going in production.?

I enjoyed every moment of my time at Nordic. But now it's time to explore infinity & beyond. It's unfortunate that I will be leaving the companionship of great people. But they say, earth is round, and life is a circle. I sincerely hope our paths cross again at some other point in space and time.?
