Q1: Can you share an interesting hobby or activity that you enjoy outside of work?

My favorite hobby outside of work is relaxing by listening to music in a calm place. I also love cooking and enjoy traveling with friends and family. These activities help me unwind and connect with loved ones.

I would like to have dinner with Indra Nooyi, a renowned business leader and strategic thinker. I admire her philosophy of setting high standards while being supportive and encouraging others to excel. Her balance of toughness and empathy is truly inspiring.

Q3: Describe a memorable moment or achievement in your personal life that you’re proud of.

I'm proud of my personal achievement of becoming financially independent and recently buying a dream home for my parents. This milestone reflects my dedication and success in managing my finances and providing a wonderful living space for my loved ones.

Q4: What has been your most unexpected career highlight at Infiniti?

An unexpected career highlight for me is how, while focusing on quality, I also began to emphasize information security, compliance, and performance. This shift has broadened my expertise and enhanced the integrity and effectiveness of our operations.

Q5: What’s one piece of advice you’d give to someone just starting in your field?

Embrace every opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills. Continuous learning and adaptability are key to growing and excelling in any career.

Q6: How do you stay motivated and excited about your work?

I stay motivated and excited about work because I genuinely love what I do. I thrive on taking up challenges and bringing them to success, which keeps me engaged and driven to achieve my goals.

Q7: Can you describe a time when you turned a challenging situation into a success?

A notable example was when we faced obstacles in enhancing our security measures. By proactively addressing these concerns, we built greater trust with our clients, contributing to significant company growth.

Infiniti has been a cornerstone in my career journey, offering growth opportunities through challenging projects and a culture of innovation. My mentor, Mr. Ananth Narasimhan , has also been a constant source of encouragement and support.
