The overall journey from Office Assistant to Admin Manager has been instrumental in shaping my professional growth. This experience has given me the confidence to take on new opportunities, including transforming into a UI designer. Each role taught me valuable lessons, enhancing my skills and adaptability, which has been crucial in my continuous growth with Infiniti.

Q2. Can you share a unique aspect of Infiniti’s culture that you appreciate the most?

The working time flexibility is the most appreciated and unique aspect of Infiniti’s culture. This flexibility allows employees to maintain a healthy work-life balance, fostering a more productive and satisfied workforce. It also encourages innovation and creativity, as employees can manage their time effectively.

1. Calm and Composed: I handle stressful situations with a calm demeanor, ensuring effective problem-solving.
2. Quick Learner: I adapt quickly to new technologies and processes, which has been essential in my career transitions.

Q4. Can you describe your main responsibilities at Infiniti?

As an Admin Manager, my responsibilities include overseeing office operations, managing administrative staff, and ensuring efficient workflow within the office. Additionally, I handle facility management, vendor coordination, and support various departments to ensure smooth operations across the organization.

Q5. What would you say is your greatest achievement in your career so far?

From starting as an Office Assistant to becoming an Admin Manager, each step has been an achievement. However, my greatest accomplishment is successfully transitioning into a UI designer. This shift required extensive learning and adaptation, showcasing my ability to embrace new challenges and evolve professionally.

Q6. What motivates you to work hard?

Recognition and appreciation are my primary motivators. Knowing that my efforts are valued and contribute to the success of the team and organization drives me to perform at my best. Additionally, the opportunity to learn and grow continuously keeps me motivated and engaged.

Q7. What is the one thing you feel everyone should learn? And why?

Learning to say “thank you” and “sorry” is crucial. It helps in building strong interpersonal relationships and fosters a positive work environment. Expressing gratitude and acknowledging mistakes show humility and respect, which are essential for personal and professional growth.

Q8. What’s something about yourself that would surprise people?

My decoration skills and quick learning abilities may surprise people. Despite my technical and managerial roles, I have a creative side that enjoys designing and decorating spaces. Additionally, my ability to swiftly grasp new concepts and skills often amazes my colleagues.
