Each employee affects an organization's course, but Leadership is by far the most extensive and direct influence on the organization, impacting the employee morale, workforce environment, and the company itself.
Leadership impacts employees' confidence and whether they perceive failures as learning tools or weaknesses detrimental to their self-esteem. Leadership builds a community of employees to fulfill the organizational vision and conduct each augmentation to serve the higher goals.
